PLAYFUL KISS AIRS TONIGHT...WITH A KISS?

Yes, it's September 1 and Playful Kiss/Mischievous Kiss premiere episode airs tonight...in Korea that is...since i'm from Philippines, i'd be waiting for the episode 1 probably on Viikii or find some raw videos over the internet...uhmm hoping my internet connection won't suck this time.  One of the photos which i found at allkpop website shows a kiss...i'm guessing Hani is imagining this hahahha.  Well, goodluck and we hope it'd would live up to our expectations...fingers crossed & toes too!  I love the ballet scene!

Thanks to long weekend, i was able to watch this!

I was watching 'Will It Snow for Christmas' prior to this but because the cd sucks, i searched for replacement on what to watch for the weekend...over the piles of cd's that i have, and yes, i have finished the 16 episodes in just 2 days...i almost did not go out of the house just to be able to finish this hehehehe.  Nice to know you Chun Jung-Myun!!! (with fan-girl squee) I really love his smile...too cute, oh i can't resist much.

The story revolves around Ko Byeong-Hee...a 33 year old single, who works as reporter for a magazine (C'est Si Bon).  Although she is single and very much inexperienced...she writes controversial 'porn' articles, thus her boss thinks she's 'experienced' in relationship & sex.   When she will profess her love to her sunbae, after knowing that he & her wife got divorced, she receive a big blow because he told her that he is gay.  For the first time, she comes to an ob-gyne and founds out that she has tumor that needs surgical procedure.  She drowns herself to soju and missed the last train...she then calls her best friend to pick her up at Oido.  Her best-friend then sends her brother...Park Cheul So (Chun Jung-Myun).  This starts the twist & turns of the story. 

I love the funny and light-hearted story of this drama.  Its funny, bubbly, romantic & little angsty.  
I love how Cheul So fell in-love with Beong hee, as i really love watching romantic-comedies as opposed to heavy dramas.  This is something i enjoyed watching until the end.

Since MBLAQ cannot join RAIN due to engagement...he's coming with UKiss! I'll still say yey! Alexander (Xander) just recently confirmed this on his twitter account (alexander_0729) 

"I would like to say sth. Yes, I’m indeed really sad w/ the HK tour bus incident in Philippines. However, I believe that we should NOT blame on anyone. Everyone has mistakes, and this time, whether it’s the action of the Filipino man or the neglect of the policemen, I hope everyone could just learn to FORGIVE and UNDERSTAND. Let us just learn from this mistake. I know it’s hard, of course, cuz this is so upsetting. But still, I hope that everyone can find LOVE from this; NOT hatred or anger. Last but not the least, I do NOT think that this should affect the friendship between Hong Kong & the Philippines. It takes time to fight this awkwardness, but I’m sure everything’s gonna be alrite… Well, U-KISS will be going to Philippines very soon and we are not afraid. I have faith in both countries. As i have seen on Smart's facebook page, they have confirmed that there will be Rain's concert here in Philippines at MOA Concert Grounds on September 11 with his boys, MBLAQ.  Clouds are soooo happy, well that includes me, coz Rain rarely comes here, the last one was during Full House days.  And it has been quite a while since then.   I wanna catch this concert, whatever it takes hehehe

PASSION FOR KOREAN LANGUAGE

If you're a Hallyu fan or Korean drama addict perhaps you'll feel the need for this.  I mean as a non-korean fan of those shows & movies, there really is a need to learn or perhaps understand the language, even just tidbits.  I for one could say if you're really indulging on hallyu then you at least need to equip yourself with the basics.  As i have experienced with Personal Taste...i basically encountered videos that are raw, therefore no subtitles yet but just because i am so hooked up with such beautiful show (won't get tired watching the particular show) the basic know-how of certain terms definitely helps me up.  And i think i'm learning my third language, yeah?

PERSONAL TASTE ON PHILIPPINE TV!!! BUT WHY IS IT TITLED PERFECT MATCH???

Whoah! Can somebody stop me, i'm hyperventilating!!!! Yes this k-drama would definitely give such effect and i am loving the show!!!!!! ^.^ But sincha? sincharu???  Guess i'm overly excited of this news and i wish it will be shown on primetime so i can get hooked-up and re-watch.  Honestly this is the show which i got so addicted to.  I have been watching this online when it is still airing in Korea and i even stayed up late just to stream this over the internet.  This was aired during Wednesday & Thursday night so i am super staying up-late just to watch videos...even raw videos (those that are not english subbed, 'm not korean hehe) and would re-stream at viikii.net on Saturdays for the soft-subbed videos.  Of course, with the help of dramabeans' javabeans & girlfriday's recaps! Thanks much girls!!!!

The Korean drama which casts Jang Geun-Suk, Park Shin-Hye, Lee Hong-Ki & Jung Yong-Hwa as the famous band ANJELL. Wee i should confess i am fanatic of this k-drama and this is the first one which i stand to finish from beginning to end even without subtitles! - as i am really eager to learn korean i proudly share this.  Uhhm...i'd like to thank javabeans of dramabeans.com for the recaps.   Apparently, i have read the recaps of the show on her blog before i proceed watching the show bwahahahah that explains the reason why i can understand clearly from start to finish.  Guess, my niece is so amused why i can further explain the drama though it is not English subbed, she really thought my korean know-how is improving! Opps Babum, now you know. (^_^)

Actually i was surprised last Saturday night when i saw the teaser on a local tv channel (ABS).
Yeah, the rights are actually acquired and they show would hit Philippine TV.  I uttered loudly "OMO THAT'S YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL!"  Though i think they should have retained the title instead of 'HE'S BEAUTIFUL'.  Yet, i'm ready to re-live the drama, the songs & Hwang Tae-Kyung-Go Mi-Nam tandem!!!
I really went crazy over Jang Geun-Suk's songs on this drama (there goes my fan-girling-squee-of-a-fan) hahahhaha.  I also love Park Shin-Hye's version of Without Words, up until now the drama ost is in my top MP3 list and i won't get tired listening to those tracks.  So i wish the network would not replace the versions of the songs on the adaptation that they will make.

IS IT GONNA BE A 'PLAYFUL KISS'?

I have finished watching ISWAK 2 - It Started with a Kiss 2 - titled They Kiss Again.  And almost finished watching It Started with a Kiss over the weekend.  Thanks to the show, i have been sitting for quite a long time 2 days in a row, and so my pelvis hurts, sighs but on the other hand i really enjoyed watching.  Guess i'm ready to watch 'Playful Kiss' - the Korean remake of the Taiwanese drama, ISWAK.  Which stars Kim Hyun-Joong & Jung So-Min.  The drama is set to premiere on September 1. I'm kinda excited, Joe Cheng & Ariel Lin's version is definitely great, hopefully they'd give justice to the drama as well.
