I am writing with outmost disappointment and feeling that i was robbed. Goodness! it has been more than a month since i have transferred a rather small amount but nonetheless every cent counts since it's part of my earnings from my online biz...money matters especially when it is hard earned. All i know was that up until now the amount was not credited back to my account after there's system down for G-CASH TO EON e-Money Transfer. Hell yeah, i think i am giving-up using this transaction as i'd rather go thru long lines rather than losing my money without any action. I am tired of constantly calling back and forth the customer service of both Unionbank and Globe G-cash, in the end consumer like me are at loss.
