Transfer to G-cash Denied

Ouch!!! so much of a trouble created as transfers made to my g-cash are reported as failed by my buyers. Lost in translation is the name of the game as the old way of transferring g-cash is now out. I dunno how to explain to them how to use the method i know since we are communicating thru sms only. Just wondering why they were able to transfer to other accounts but not mine and why in the world was i able to receive 1 transfer yesterday and yet most of them said transaction is denied. So i am sharing the means that i used to transfer g-cash to my sister in the province. Just a warning, there's incident whereas the transaction reference number that i have received is different from the ones that recipient received, quite odd - must be the system is not polished and it may cause delay if you're sending to another account whom you do not know. Just make sure you know and trust the one that you're transferring funds to G-CASH TRANSFER USING BPI-GLOBE BANKO (NOTE: i did not register anymore on first use, just outright proceeding to transaction i need to accomplish) On your phone dial *118*1# then you will be prompted to reply. Reply with the number of the transaction that you need to make. For transferring g-cash, click/hit reply - 2 to choose Send Money option. You will be prompted to reply with how much amount to transfer. Then you will be asked to enter the number to whom you'll be sending the fund to. And key in your PIN. Once transfer is complete, you'll receive a text confirmation saying your account was deducted and transfer is complete. Hope this helps!
